How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Famousgate Septic wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Famousgate Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in the network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Still, please let Famousgate Septic know too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Keep in mind that Famousgate Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@famousgate.bond and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted Famousgate Septic or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Comes Next

You will get an email confirming that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then the matter is reviewed, which can include reaching out to the provider. After that you will hear back with what was found and any steps being taken.

Still Not Happy?

If the reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask for a second look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
